Well, I broke another breaker bar (cheap Chinadian Tire is no match for German quality) but good news, my neighbour loaned me an impact and with my little 3 gallon compressor and 4 hours of hitting it the nut and drum is off!
Oh happy days!

Well, I broke my MacGyver bracket and my breaker bar trying to get the driver’s side
axle/brake drum nut loose! If you too young the reboot TV series is starting up this fall.
THIS IS HARD FRIGG’IN WORK !!!!!!!! And now I’m really POff’d
Oh how nice it would be to have the money to setup a real shop with a hoist, compressor and all the power tools to do the job right.
Maybe someday when my lottery tickets ever win.
Oh yeah, and not have to worry about the weather, as you can see I’m working in the driveway since the garage is to FRIGG’IN small….

Hey Anyone that’s been following the progress of #ProjectChassis2016,
I have been working on a new detail, for the inside of my rims. The chrome on the outside that everyone sees is nice and shinny. But, the inside that only the true #Volkswagen lovers see, especially at a show, isn’t the greatest quality. So, I have found a paint that looks like the metal has been anodized or tinted. Checkout the process I took to clean them up.
